Natural GlamourBomb will replace any item that is damaged. To process an exchange, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Damaged".

If you are unsatisfied with your order GlamourBomb will offer an exchange or store credit. All exchanges must be completed within 10 days of receipt. Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email, that your returned product was received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Upon approval a unique code or new item will be sent within 5-7 days.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
